Smoothie Must-haves

Pantry Must-Haves:

  • Protein Powder of Choice (Read the ingredients carefully, and make sure you are getting what you need! I use SunWarrior brown rice protein and Ancient Grains Bone Broth Vanilla Protein. You can also choose vegan or paleo options.)
  • Collagen Powder
  • Activated Seeds & Nuts
  • Hemp, Chia, and Flax Seeds
  • Raw Cacao
  • Maca
  • Mesquite
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Sweetener: Raw Honey, Organic Maple Syrup, or Stevia
  • Coconut Oil
  • MCT Oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Nut Butters and/or Seed Butters
  • Granola
  • Dried Coconut
  • Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • Matcha

Fridge Must-Haves:

  • Nut or Coconut Milk of Choice (almond milk recipe, quick nut milk recipes)
  • Avocados
  • Greens (Romaine, Spinach)
  • Chlorella
  • SunPotion Adaptogenic Herbs (ashwaghanda, reishi, chaga, He Sho Wu)

Frozen Must-Haves:

  • Steamed kale
  • Fresh coconut meat
  • Fruit: berries, bananas (pre-portioned)
  • Roasted Veggies: zucchini, cauliflower, winter squash, yams (pre-portioned)
