- Protein Powder of Choice (Read the ingredients carefully, and make sure you are getting what you need! I use SunWarrior brown rice protein and Ancient Grains Bone Broth Vanilla Protein. You can also choose vegan or paleo options.)
- Collagen Powder
- Activated Seeds & Nuts
- Hemp, Chia, and Flax Seeds
- Raw Cacao
- Maca
- Mesquite
- Cacao Nibs
- Sweetener: Raw Honey, Organic Maple Syrup, or Stevia
- Coconut Oil
- MCT Oil
- Cinnamon
- Nut Butters and/or Seed Butters
- Granola
- Dried Coconut
- Full Fat Coconut Milk
- Matcha
Fridge Must-Haves:
- Nut or Coconut Milk of Choice (almond milk recipe, quick nut milk recipes)
- Avocados
- Greens (Romaine, Spinach)
- Chlorella
- SunPotion Adaptogenic Herbs (ashwaghanda, reishi, chaga, He Sho Wu)
Frozen Must-Haves:
- Steamed kale
- Fresh coconut meat
- Fruit: berries, bananas (pre-portioned)
- Roasted Veggies: zucchini, cauliflower, winter squash, yams (pre-portioned)
