Holiday Eggnog

1⁄2 cup cashews (soaked overnight)

1⁄4 c water

3 T maple

1 1⁄2 cups coconut milk1 t cinnamon

1⁄2 t cloves

1⁄2 t nutmeg

PRINT THIS RECIPE

SERVES 2

Soak cashews over night; strain and rinse in the morning.

Blend all for 1 minute until creamy. Can serve hot or cold.
