Walnut Tahini Date Truffles

1 cup walnuts

1/3 cup tahini

1/4 cup cacao

1 cup dates, packed

pinch salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maca

1 tbsp any other favorite adaptogen..I love reishi, lions mane, and ashwangahda


These truffles are incredibly decadent, but they’re packed with nourishing ingredients, proving again that you don’t need to sacrifice sweetness when you’re eating healthy. You can coat these treats in cacao powder, or roll them in hemp seeds or even matcha. Just be warned: You might not have leftovers!


  1. Blend all together in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Sprinkle on hemp seeds, matcha, cacao, or nibs!
