veggie smoothie bowl

Here’s the recipe from my most recent video demo… My famous veggie smoothie bowls explained! (See video here.)

I love this because it’s low glycemic, and it’s veggies for breakfast!  I love sneaking veggies in any way I can, and in my veggie bowls I use them as ice cubes. No more watering down your smoothies with ice, just use frozen veggies instead. Also a great way to sneak veggies in for the kiddos.


1 cup cauliflower

½ roasted sweet potato

1 small zucchini

1 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon collagen

1 scoop favortite protein powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon blue majik

Optional:  add a little honey, maple or stevia if want sweeter.

Top with fruit, seeds, and cacao nibs.

    I want to make this, but is the sweet potato and cauliflower cooked?

      Sweet potato is baked and then frozen; cauliflower is steamed and then frozen. 🙂 Enjoy!
