paleo oatmeal

This paleo oatmeal was a hit at my breakfast cooking class! It’s not sweet, so you can always sweeten it up with some maple syrup, raw honey, or stevia, and top it with something delicious like granola, berries, or cacao nibs. In the picture, it’s topped with my buckwheat granola. Why eat paleo? It’s super clean and nutritious. Read more here.
