How to Keep Your Smoothie Bowls Fresh

You know I love Smoothie Bowls, and my favorite way to change them up is with seasonal produce.  I’m no stranger to sweet potato and cauliflower, but this smoothie bowl uses jicama, and is topped with figs, blackberries, and plums – which are just so perfect right now in July! I’ve also used Nuzest protein, which is my new favorite because its ingredients are so clean and it adds the perfect creamy texture.

This bowl is just:

  • frozen roasted sweet potato
  • frozen steamed cauliflower
  • jicama
  • Nuzest strawberry protein
  • Collagen
  • Tiger Nut Milk (Available at The Source)
  • Cinnamon
  • Maca

Topped With:

  • Figs
  • Blackberries
  • Plums
  • Hemp Seeds
