cauli-sweet potato smoothie bowl v2

Another day, another smoothie bowl.

You may remember the original cauli-sweet potato smoothie bowl I posted last month… but this one’s just a little bit different with no dates, maca or lucuma, or mesquite, adding cinnamon, reishi, and collagen.

You know I love sweet potatoes, and to keep the color beautiful here, I’m using a white sweet potato along with my other favorite smoothie veggie: frozen steamed cauliflower. Remember that your sweet potato, banana, and cauliflower should be really frozen to get the right texture. I love the natural sweetness the white sweet potato brings to the party.

This one reminds me of chocolate chip ice cream. I hope you love it as much as I do! Just blend everything together in a high speed blender and enjoy!


1 cup frozen steamed cauliflower

3/4 cup baked white sweet potato

1/4 avocado

1/4 frozen banana

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

1 scoop collagen

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon reishi

1 tablespoon MCT oil

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup or 2 drops stevia

Top with lots of cacao nibs
