I can’t tell you how much easier my week is when I spend some time planning and prepping my meals on Sunday. After meal prepping, I have some of my meals completely ready for the week, and lots of veggies and proteins prepped so that other meal are really easy to throw together. I can only imagine that with a family to cook for, this time-saving strategy would be infinitely more valuable.
I show my meal prep sometimes on my instagram stories, and have gotten lots of requests for more information and tutorials on how to meal prep. It can be overwhelming if you don’t have a plan!
