½ small roasted beet
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen roasted butternut squash
½ cup probiotic coconut yogurt
splash coconut water
2 tablespoons coconut butter
Top with any of your favorites: hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and coconut, or as shown in this picture, pumpkin seeds, coconut, currants, and hemp seeds!
