immunity boosting to do list

Here’s my list of “to dos” to boost your immune system this season! Mix, match, add, subtract – – make it yours!

  • take a shot of apple cider vinegar
  • swallow raw garlic or add it to my juice
  • take oregano oil: in capsules, juice, or rubbed on my feet
  • swallow spoonful of manuka honey mixed with turmeric & black pepper (no less than 10 minutes before or after eating or drinking)
  • REST – without my phone or distraction
  • get sunshine on my skin for 10 minutes
  • put my feet on the earth for 10 minutes
