Here’s my list of “to dos” to boost your immune system this season! Mix, match, add, subtract – – make it yours!
- take a shot of apple cider vinegar
- swallow raw garlic or add it to my juice
- take oregano oil: in capsules, juice, or rubbed on my feet
- swallow spoonful of manuka honey mixed with turmeric & black pepper (no less than 10 minutes before or after eating or drinking)
- REST – without my phone or distraction
- get sunshine on my skin for 10 minutes
- put my feet on the earth for 10 minutes
