vegan paleo no-sugar banana chocolate fast fudge

This dessert is vegan, gluten-free, with no added sugar, easy and quick to make, and a healthy sweet treat. It needs to stay cool, so keep refrigerated and enjoy!


3 spotty bananas

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup raw cacao

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 cup sliced almonds

Blend everything except the almonds in a vitamix, blender, or food processor until creamy.

Then add the almonds and blend for 10 more seconds.

Press the mixture into a pan, bowl, or form, and refrigerate until cool.

(You can also put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to have an even faster fudge.)


*If you want this dessert to be packed with protein, just add a scoop of protein powder when blending.*

*If you want your fudge to be completely smooth, you can skip the almonds.*
