today’s gratitude list

Every day I write a gratitude list. Sometimes it’s long, sometimes it’s short. Sometimes it’s heartfelt, sometimes it’s forced.  But skipping it is not an option.

Here’s today’s gratitude list:

  1. morning yoga
  2. my family’s support
  3. sadie
  4. the ocean
  5. gift of willingness
  6. laughter
  7. my hardworking staff
  8. my health
  9. my creativity
  10. a really supportive network of friends
  11. acupuncture
  12. my body
  13. the miracles that are happening
